10 Things To Include On Your Wedding Website

As a planner, I always recommend creating a wedding website. There are many different places you can create one for free including Minted! Personally, I think it’s a great way to provide extra information to your guests so that: A) they don’t keep bothering you for further details and explanations and B) you can save on printing costs with your invites. One less paper can equal hundreds of dollars in savings! That said, here are some items to include when creating your website. The more details you can provide your guests, the better.

1. Date, Time, and Location of the Wedding

2. Travel Information, Venue Parking, & Hotel Options (can also include local things to do)

3. Dress Code & Weather Information (extreme heat, snow, rain, etc)

4. Gift Registry or Honeyfund Link

5. A fun little summary of your relationship/how you met

6. Photos (obvi!)

7. Wedding Day Main Events Timeline (optional)

8. Wedding Party Names & Mini Bios (optional)

9. Social Media Rules - hashtags/unplugged/privacy/sharing (optional)

10. Contact Information
