C & J’s Southern, Rustic Wedding

Happy Anniversary to our first couple of 2023! C&J got married at the rustic Red Gate Farms inside the old Grainery. Their wedding was romantic, rustic, and complete with nods to all the things they are passionate about. Set alongside the lake, the couple got married underneath one of the massive Georgian oak trees on the property. They then continued their celebrations with a passed app cocktail hour outside and a big party inside! The end of the night was spectacular with a gorgeous sunset and a fun, sparkler exit.

And, not so fun fact with this wedding - we had to change photographers 2 weeks prior to the wedding day! I found Michelle who is also a west coast/east coast wedding vendor like myself who agreed to help out and match the couple’s price point, which was incredibly lucky. People, this is why its so important that you choose a reliable vendor!! Don’t hire a friend or family member please because this happens too often and you don’t need that last minute headache - trust me!
