Wedding DIY: Bridal Bath Ritual

It’s my birthday week (Gemini Twins unite!) and to celebrate, I wanted to share a bath ritual for all you brides (and grooms!) to be! If you book our services, then you will recognize this ritual and its ingredients from your welcome box. This ritual is meant to imbibe you with self-love, confidence, and companionship for your upcoming union. You can choose to partake by yourself or with the one you love in preparation for your big day. Now, I first got into bath rituals a couple of years through a company called Witch Baby Soap. (and if you don’t already follow her, then do it NOW! She makes amazing bath bombs, soaps, etc. I’m OBSESSED!). I feel it’s a great way to relax and take time for yourself while empowering you with the vibes and intentions you want to see manifest. So, without further ado, please enjoy this spell I’ve put together for you…

Ingredients:

Sage Smudge Stick or Rose Incense

Pink Himalayan Salt

Rose Quartz

Rose or Hibiscus Petals (dried or fresh)

Pink Candle

Rosé or Pink Champagne

To start off your ritual, you’ll want to cleanse the space so take your smudge stick or incense and light it. Let the flames smolder out so it wafts with smoke and then in a clockwise fashion, walk around your bathroom (or house!). Let the smoke creep into all the nooks and crannies as you carry with you positive and loving intentions. As your tub fills up with warm water, take three deep breaths to ground yourself before lighting the candle. Then, mix the pink Himalayan salt and flower petals into your bath. Top with a splash of rosé or pink champagne and enjoy a glass yourself as you step into the warm waters. Finally, add your rose quartz to the water so you can soak in all those warm loving vibes. And, when you are done with the ritual, put your crystal in your wedding day make-up box or prep bag to carry those intentions with you all day long. This is a great ritual to do before sitting down and getting to work writing out your personal vows. The power of rose and/or hibiscus creates a powerful aura of loving energy while the rosé/champagne represents a celebration of you and your upcoming union. The salt purifies any negativity or worries that may be lingering while the quartz vibrates with a gentle, claiming, forever kind of love. When you extinguish your candle, it will call to you forever happiness just like a wish on a birthday cake. Enjoy my Moonbeam brides and grooms!
