A & J’s Boho, Terracotta Wedding

Just past one year ago, we helped to plan this lovely boho wedding day filled with dried flowers, celestial accents, and terracotta colors all around. A & J were so sweet to work with and the groom was very much into Dungeons & Dragons so you’ll see a nod here and there! It took place at an old YMCA in Riverside, CA. Now, when you typically think of a YMCA you probably aren’t thinking wedding venue but this building was created in the 1920’s so it has a lovely brick interior that made it both vintage and modern looking. The couple took it upon themselves to DIY all the signage and they did such a fabulous job! We kept the ceremony decor fairly simple to keep it within budget but this is a perfect way to make your altar look full and inviting by using metal pillars adorned with small florals. Also, peep down below to see how it transitioned into night - it really made the sweetheart table look so glamorous! The reception party was full of dancing and even some late night Domino’s pizza - thanks to our lead. coordinator, Vittoria, for getting that all in check! Even though this wedding was held on April Fools Day, this party was no joke!
