C & T’s Modern Shindig Wedding

C & T got married at the majestic Harper Fowlkes House. Flanked by two large floral arrangements on pedestals, they were married by a good friend as they exchanged vows under a blanket of cool, January clouds. The bride wore a sleek, modern dress and the groom looked dapper in a all black look. The bride’s bouquet was wrapped in an altered sleeve from her mother’s own wedding dress. Post ceremony, the couple turned their attention to Soho South for their reception party fun! The tables were minimalistic and almost Bridgerton-like with candles dotted everywhere. They had a fun neon sign as well on display behind their cake table which featured a vintage-inspired heart shaped ceremonial cutting cake. Another personal detail that was beautiful was the groom’s father’s (who had passed years prior to the wedding) handwritten note that was embossed on the cocktail napkins. It was a heartwarming nod to making his presence felt known. The whole day felt sleek and modern with a touch of that January moodiness. It was so lovely.
