J & K’s Moody Spring Wedding

Only a couple months after C&T’s wedding at Harper Fowlkes, we returned once more to the historic home. This time to celebrate J&K! The bride for this particular wedding was very meticulous in the design for her special day. She wanted a moody spring look and boy, did she get it! Everything fit perfectly to the theme and if you check out the picture of her invites below, you can see her handy work, as she designed them herself. The ceremony was set in the gardens of Harper with cocktail hour and reception following at one of our favorite venues - Soho South. It was there that the magic really happened. The cake was encased in flowers. The seating chart was calligraphied onto books and tucked into the bookcase with bud vases added. The tablescape was minimalist but gave all the right moody vibes. The florist created small but artful arrangements and adorned them with black candles and moody colored fruits. The night ended with a sparkler exit and a vintage car exit that perfectly capped the most gorgeous of weddings.
