S & Z’s Handful of a Wedding Day

S & Z got married at the rustic yet quirky venue - Red Gate Farms. The Groom’s last name is Hanz and because they are from the Midwest, they tend to pronounce it as ‘hands.’ S & Z love to laugh so that’s all it took for ‘hands’ to become the central icon of their wedding day. Their welcome sign & hashtag was ‘Jazz Hanz' and our team even handed out mini finger puppet hands for guests to take as a party favor. We were so encouraged to see guests participate in the frivolity of this and they even put their tiny hands in the air (and they stayed there!) for the couple’s grand entrance. On top of that, S & Z were inclusive of their guests wanting to participate by featuring mini hands in different skin tones! Hell yeah! The wedding day went by so smoothly and was beautiful. To compliment the colors of late winter/early spring, the Groom wore an evergreen suit and the bride’s bouquet & bridesmaids featured bright, floral colors. Their tables were minimalistic but since the couple love to travel around the world, featured icon and table numbers dedicated to various locations they had visited. (Check out the that departure board seating chart!). And while the party ended at 10pm at Red Gate, the guests took a trolley to Moodrights in downtown Savannah for an after party that was surely just as fun as the wedding day!
